Do you ship internationally?

When you love it, you don't wait! So we deliver your rug anywhere in the world with DHL Express.

 
How long will it take to receive my items?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed and shipped to you through expedited shipping you will receive an email confirmation that contains the tracking number. Shipping takes:

  • Between 2 to 4 business days to Europe.
  • Between 3 to 5 business days to the USA and Canada.
  • Between 4 to 8 business days to Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

What do you charge for shipping?

Free shipping worldwide.

Will I pay customs taxes?

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for extended delays due to customs services.

No import duties for U.S. buyers due to a free trade agreement between the U.S. and Morocco.

Customers in other countries may have to pay extra import taxes: we recommend that you ask the customs services of your country before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for our items.

Buyers pay for return shipping.

We stand behind our products & service with confidence!.

I select all the items very carefully here in Morocco, I ship worldwide and shipping is included in final price, wherever you need your item to be shipped.

That said, I don't want my customer to be unsatisfied with their order -I guess it can happen even if I do my best so it doesn't- so feel free to send me message at moroccanbazzarts@gmail.com if there's anything wrong with your order.

RUG INFO & CARE

Should I get a rug pad?

Yes!! Rug pads are definitely recommended to provide cushion and extend the life of the rug. A 100% felt or felt/rubber combo rug pad is the way to go. The white plastic 

The two rug pads I recommend can be purchased on Amazon:

-RugPadUSA Low Profile Non Slip Rug Pad: great for when just a little cushion is needed like for very plush rugs or in other spaces where height is an issue (ex: if you have a rug in an entry and the door swing needs to clear it)

-Gorilla Grip Felt & Rubber Rug Pad: all around great rug pad, I've used them in practically every room in my home.

Are the rugs clean?

Yes all our rugs are cleaned before shipping and cleaning is included in the final price... 

How do I clean and maintain my rug?

Hand vacuuming can be done regularly to keep the rug clean and free of debris, but professional cleaning is recommended. If you want to use a large vacuum cleaner, I would use it on the lowest setting. If it has a beater bar, this can abrade the rug and pull out the wool, so please use with caution.

Oops! I've spilled on the rug. What do I do?!?

If you just spilled on the rug, try to blot and remove as much of the stain as possible. Then use a little water and blot to try to remove more. Still visible? Use water and a little white vinegar. If this does not work you can try water and a mild detergent like hand soap, but test on a small area first. If you are not having success, consult a professional rug cleaner.
