Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MoroccanBazzArts. Each of our pieces is sourced directly from Berber artisans in Morocco, and we take great care to pack and ship every order safely.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, please allow a little extra time during busy periods. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

For custom made rugs processed from 4-8 weeks depending on the dimensions. 

Shipping & delivery — We ship worldwide from Morocco via trackable courier services. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by customs and local postal services.

Shipping costs — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, duties & taxes — International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking — Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments — If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at morad@moroccanbazzarts.com  and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.
